The adsorption of bovine serum abumin (BSA) onto the alwnina surface has been studied from aqueous solution of the plasma protein and the adsorption isotherm is found to belong to L2 type, i.e. Langmuir type. The adsorption is greatly influenced by the pH and the presence of inorganic salts and surfactant. The adsorption is also shown to fall with increasing temperature of the suspension.en_US
