| Abstract: | The pKa values of the 4-trifluoroacetyl (2.76 ± 0.13) and 4-trichloroacetyl (3.02 ± 0.05) derivatives of 3-methyl-lphenylpyrazol- 5-one have been determined. Their U(VI), Fe(III) and Ca(ll) complexes have been isolated and characterized using UV-visible, IR (4000-200 cm-1), 1H, 13C and 19F NMR spectral studies. |
