dc.description.abstractBased on the production function method, this paper examines Chinese industry under the different stages of Chinese economic development. The study involves selected indicators of the gross value of industrial output, fixed capital stock, labor input, and energy input. In addition, the panel data fixed effects model is used to measure the capacity utilization of Chinese industries, and analyze the main features of the excess capacity. Finally, according to the research results, this paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the contradictions between overcapacity.en_US
