| Abstract: | Monohalodiorganoantimony(V) complexes of the type R2SbXL, where R =Ph, tolyl or Me and H2L are SalpdH2 or SaltmH2 potentially tetradentate schiff base ligands with ONNO donors, have been synthesised and characterised. Molecular weight determination in benzene reveals the monomeric nature of these complexes. IR and NMR data suggest the presence of seven-coordinated antimony in these complexes. |
