| Abstract: | Alkaline hexacyanoferrate(III) oxidation of freshly prepared solutions of tin(II) at 25°C follows the rate law, Rate =  Fe(CN)  and Sn(OH) are the active species. Some constants involved in the mechanism are derived. Activation parameters are also evaluated. |
