| Abstract: | Oscillations in the Belousov-Zhabotinskii system are observed using acetone alone as the organic substrate in the phosphoric acid medium with ferroin as catalyst at 31°C. It has been found that the tin (time of initiation) and tp (time period) of oscillations decrease with the increase in the concentration of acetone. |
