Excess thermodynamic properties like excess molar volumes (VE), excess viscosities (ηE) of binary mixtures of different compositions of ethanolamine-n-alkanols have been measured at 30° ±  0.01ᵒC. VE values are positive for mixtures rich in alcohols and become negative with increase in ethanolamine content. The VE for these mixtures follow the order: ethanol < 1propanol < 1-butanol < 1-octanol < 1-nonanol. The ηE values depend on the mole fraction and the size of the alcohol. The negative ηE follow the order: methanol > ethanol > 1-propanol > 1-butanol > 1-octanol > 1-nonanol.en_US
