| Abstract: | The reaction of Ph2SbX (X = - Cl, or - O2CMe) with sodium salts of 2-alkylaminocyclopentene 1-carbodithioic acids R(H)N C(S)SNa (R = H, Me, Et and n-Bu) in 1:1 molar ratio in THF yields the substitution products, Ph2SbS(S)C N(H)R, whereas the reaction of Ph2SbX with S-alkylderivatives of 2-aminocyclopentane-1-carbodithioicacid,H(H)N C(S)SR (R’ = Me, and –CH2Net2), under similar conditions leads to the formation of simple adducts only. |
