Transfer free energies of o- and m-nitroanilines from water to aqueous salt solutions, upto 4 molal concentration have been evaluated from solubility measurements of these solutes at 298.15 K. Dissociation constants for the corresponding protonated nitroanilines have been determined by spectrophotometric method. The results, when compared with those for p-NA have been explained in terms of Kirkood model and other interactions.en_US
