Supporting electrolytes are found to suppress the photocorro-sion and enhance the fill-factor of a PEC cell formed with n-SnS and p-SnSe electrodes. This effect is more pronounced with n-SnS electrode. Results are discussed in the light of surface charges present at the surface of the semiconductor electrode.en_US
