Abstract: The present research article describes the synthesis, characterization and pharmacological estimation of pyrazole derivatives with antianxiety and skeletal muscle relaxant properties, which are used for treatment of anxiety and depression in humans as well as animals. A series of pyrazole derivatives (AS1-AS7) have been synthesized, out of which, compounds AS1 and AS7 have been found to have high skeletal muscle relaxant and anti-anxiety properties.
