| Abstract: | This paper presents an entrepreneurial research model, CIC marGUNE. Technological research agencies and universities work with Basque industries in CIC marGUNE under sponsorship of local government for developing and refining contemporary industrial manufacturing processes. Proposed paradigms and functional structure will benefit other developing regions of similar size, population and industrial economy. |
