The thermal conductivity of organic foams at varying temperatures (-20 to 30°C) and interstitial air pressures has been measured using thermal probe method. Experiment has been conducted on different cell sizes of organic foam samples covering a vide range of porosities. Results show that the effective thermal conductivity decreases with increasing porosity and increases by increasing temperature and interstitial air pressure values. Data obtained from the experiment has been compared with the reported model and found good agreement between experimental and theoretical results at room temperature and normal pressure.en_US
